Jiayuan Zou , female, architect and energy expert in build environment.
She graduated from Architectural Association School of Architecture London in 2004 for master degree and Harbin Institute of Technology China 1995 for bachelor degree.
She worked as an architect and interior designer for 7 years before she went to London and studied in Environment & Energy in AA, and got the excellent score there. After graduation she joined WSP Group London as an environmental consultant with teams for one and half years then came back to china and built up WSP EE Beijing Office in late 2005. During that period, she worked with RTKL, SOM etc for sustainable technical supporting, also got involved into several new city pilot projects in China supported by China-Us Sustainable Development centre, such as Liuzhou new development master planning with “Cradle to Cradle” concept .
She joined Beijing EvenDesign Ltd. in 2008 as president and chief consultant to explore the integrated way of architecture design, master planning and sustainable development.
